Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)

The Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB)technology incorporated in our designs, is based on the groundbreaking research conducted by ZheJiang University. This CFB design and technology has demonstrated unmatched energy efficiency, while simultaneously allowing for continuous, excellent and safe operability over long periods of time. The CFB based burning technique also results in reduced emissions of pollutants, making our product environmentally safer.

Specification

  • » Capacity: 35-130 ton/hr
  • » Pressure :13-96 bar
  • » Grate type: Circulating fluidized bed
  • » 35t/h-130t/h CFB (Circulating Fluidized Bed)
  • Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB)

Description:

  • The boiler is a semi-outdoor design that consists of a single-drum natural-circulation type.
  • The design incorporates an insulated, high-efficiency and high-temperature cyclone gas-solid separator. This results in a 90% separating efficiency, while also providing effective dust-density control and resolves the issue of abrasions on the heating surface caused by the tail convection.
  • The ignition system functions by combusting hot-gas under the bed with a water-cooled grid plate. The combusted air consists of a primary flow of air from the water-cooled grid plate to the furnace, and a secondary flow of air from the circumferential water-cooled walls above the gird plate to the furnace.
  • The boiler system is designed in a manner that ensures the fluidizing quality of the whole bed, as well as contributing to the effective reduction of the carbon content of slag in the boiler.
  • The system also consists of a tall furnace that ensures complete burn out in the furnace as well as a reduction in the carbon content of the fly ash.
  • The advanced design concepts incorporated in this technology have greatly increased our product’s component reliability and operating capability, as well as decreased the overall maintenance requirements.
  • The boiler has the ability to operate at both low and high levels without the need for auxiliary fuel combustion.

Technical characteristics:

  • The boiler is able to use a wide variety of coals as fuel, such as bituminous coal semi-anthracite coal and blended coal, and even inferior quality coal such as stone coal.
  • The load range in the boiler can be easily adjusted from 30% to 110% B-MCR.
